Equipment Maintenance & Preventative Maintenance Technician

What you will do

• Provide manufacturing and equipment support in a rapidly changing, high-volume production environment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on backend process equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment using schematics, manuals, and specifications.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, repairs, calibration, and diagnostic testing.
• Support Engineering with new equipment installations and improvement initiatives.
• Develop maintenance procedures and support technician training and mentorship.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PC hardware or software issues.
• Ability to use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and test equipment for diagnosis and repair.
• Understanding of PLC systems and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently, manage activities, communicate effectively, and maintain reliable attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with vision systems, Auto VMI, Auto Labeling, or Auto Packing equipment and processes.
