Senior Product Manager (AI Technology Platform)

Location: Remote within the United States nationwide; travel to client, temporary, or corporate locations may be required when business needs require.

Annual base salary: $101,600–$152,400, depending on experience and other job-related factors.

What you will do

• Own the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for developer experience, technology platforms, tools, and software delivery capabilities.
• Define success metrics, adoption indicators, ROI frameworks, and measurable outcomes for platform initiatives.
• Coordinate roadmaps and execution dependencies using Aha or similar tools and Azure DevOps.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams to improve reuse, scalability, maintainability, delivery performance, and operational excellence.
• Identify AI and automation use cases, establishing evaluation criteria, governance requirements, and security guardrails.
• Lead platform launches, adoption programs, stakeholder alignment, executive decision forums, and mentoring for Product Managers and Analysts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, platform strategy, enterprise technology, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of application development, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, developer tooling, automation, observability, and platform engineering.
• Ability to evaluate architectural tradeoffs, understand code-level workflows, and translate developer needs into strategic product investments.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, presenting recommendations to executives, and balancing competing priorities.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel to client, temporary, or corporate locations when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise architecture or platform governance models.
• Experience with Aha or another product roadmapping platform and Azure DevOps.
• Strong Excel skills and experience creating technical or process diagrams with Visio or Draw.io.
