Annual salary: $113,000–$135,000 USD for candidates in California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.

What you will do

• Plan and execute technology-focused operational audits, including walkthroughs with engineering and platform owners, control evaluation, and workpaper preparation.
• Assess cloud controls across AWS and/or GCP, including identity and access management, network configuration, logging, monitoring, and infrastructure as code.
• Evaluate engineering and CI/CD controls covering version control, code review, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Audit cybersecurity and resilience domains including vulnerability and patch management, endpoint security, incident response, backup and disaster recovery, and third-party risk.
• Analyze root causes of control deficiencies and recommend pragmatic technology-driven remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with Technology, Security, AI, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders; prepare clear audit reports for senior leadership and explore AI-assisted testing methods.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of progressive experience in technology audit, technology risk, or security assurance.
• Working knowledge of Global Internal Audit Standards, COSO, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Practical familiarity with AWS and/or GCP and a cloud-native environment without on-premises infrastructure.
• Understanding of modern software development and release practices, including version control, code review, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate audit findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across international teams and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors.
• Big Four or in-house technology audit experience.
• Ability to work with SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• CISA, CPA, or interest in obtaining a professional certification.
