People Programs, Strategy, & Operations Director (Fintech)

Location: Remote, US, with occasional travel to the Mountain View headquarters required.

Salary: $201,000–$246,000 annual base salary for the New York Metro area, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the People team's operating model, including cross-functional cadences, reporting, dashboards, and supporting systems.
• Lead planning and execution for compensation cycles, performance reviews, and engagement survey activation.
• Drive high-priority transformation initiatives, including organizational design, process redesign, and strategic buildouts.
• Provide project management, intake, and operational support across People sub-teams.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and systems improvements for People workflows.
• Connect the People team with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, and IT on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
• Experience building scalable People infrastructure and programs.
• Ability to manage ambiguous, cross-functional work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using data and data-driven insights to support business solutions.
• Change management skills and a systems-oriented execution approach.
