TL;DR
NPI Team Leader (New Product Introduction): Managing multiple or complex engineering projects across functions or sites with an accent on resource coordination, project controls, product knowledge, and design for manufacturability. Focus on tracking costs and schedules, resolving stakeholder and customer issues, developing project teams, and optimizing product designs for manufacturing.
Location: Wuxi, Jiangsu, China; onsite five days a week

What you will do
- Manage multiple or complex engineering projects involving several functions or sites.
- Coordinate with business, sales, marketing, and platform groups to allocate resources for project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, costs, status, and reporting, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
- Influence project staffing and motivate and develop project team members.
- Communicate with customers, manage expectations, and ensure effective project controls.
- Apply design for manufacturability methods to standardize designs, simplify operations, and reduce manufacturing costs.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience desired.
- Working knowledge of project and program planning, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
- Working knowledge of quality management, problem solving, customer service management, and product and service delivery.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers, adapt presentations and documents, and influence decisions.
- Ability to apply design for manufacturability guidelines and tools.
- Must work onsite five days a week in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.
