Operation Project Manager (Smart Factory)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end automation, digitalization, and electronic or paperless manufacturing projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate Production, Quality, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
• Drive smart factory initiatives, process automation, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Support MES, electronic work instructions, digital dashboards, data collection, and operational KPI solutions.
• Manage technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system improvement for manufacturing digital platforms.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing, automation, digitalization, or electronic manufacturing projects.
• Ability to manage project documentation, status reporting, budgets, schedules, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of manufacturing digital systems, including MES, IoT, industrial automation, AWS, AGV, or Andon systems.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing processes, standardize operations, and improve efficiency and labor productivity.
• Experience coordinating internal stakeholders, external suppliers, user training, and change management.
• Ability to support quality standards, EHS requirements, regulatory expectations, and manufacturing systems audits.
