Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually

KIPP Tulsa is a free, open-enrollment, college-preparatory public charter school serving students in grades 6–12 in north Tulsa as part of the national KIPP network.

What you will do

  • Partner with the Principal to execute academic, cultural, and schoolwide priorities.
  • Observe, coach, develop, and evaluate teachers through feedback, modeling, professional development, and progress monitoring.
  • Analyze assessment, attendance, behavior, and engagement data and turn findings into measurable action plans.
  • Build a joyful, safe, structured, inclusive, and student-centered school culture.
  • Support students with academic, behavioral, attendance, and social-emotional needs.
  • Partner with families, staff, counselors, operations teams, and community organizations to improve student outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
  • Valid Oklahoma administrator certification or eligibility and willingness to obtain the required certification.
  • 3–5 years of successful experience as an educator with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of effective instructional practices, standards-aligned curriculum, assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to coach educators, lead adults, manage priorities, resolve conflict, and maintain high expectations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and to the academic success, belonging, and potential of every student.
