What you will do

• Recruit, lead, and mentor a junior team of scientists.
• Develop and review workplans for protein purification and analytical characterization.
• Perform and oversee SEC, IEC, protein A affinity chromatography, UPLC-MS, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, and endotoxin testing.
• Monitor experimental documentation in ELN and approve production reports and product certificates.
• Communicate results with stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert in customer project meetings.
• Support laboratory operations while following quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Team management skills and a strong team-player mentality.
• Experience with protein purification and analysis, including SEC, IEX, affinity chromatography, SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC, and mass spectrometry.
• Experience handling antibodies, including modification, purification, and analysis.
• Familiarity with bioconjugation chemistry techniques; hands-on experience is preferred.
• Strong commitment to laboratory work and project delivery, with attention to detail and accuracy.
