What you will do
- Prepare reagents, samples, references, and assay plates for antibody and assay kit testing.
- Perform ELISA testing according to standard operating procedures.
- Generate complete, accurate, and traceable experimental records, raw data, and quality control reports.
- Identify and escalate unexpected assay performance, abnormal results, and potential quality issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, consumables, reagents, and work areas according to internal quality standards.
- Contribute to improvements in assay robustness, testing efficiency, and data reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related life science field.
- Hands-on biological laboratory experience from coursework, an internship, or industry work.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with ELISA or other antibody-based, plate-based assay workflows.
- Understanding of key ELISA parameters and basic ELISA result analysis.
- Experience with antibody-related experiments such as Western blot, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, or flow cytometry.
