Defence and Space operates an aerospace final assembly company in Tianjin.
What you will do
- Manage the IT equipment fleet and provide Level 1 support for IT incidents, acting as an Incident Support Representative under delegation.
- Coordinate escalations with the global IT team and support IT access management.
- Manage office equipment, supplies, PPE distribution, inventory, equipment lifecycle, repairs, and replacements.
- Define and monitor KPIs covering support SLAs, equipment availability, incidents, and compliance.
- Manage purchase requests, supplier quotes, orders, deliveries, annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.
- Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Security, EHS, Procurement, HR, and Finance; lead small internal projects and support onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree or advanced certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of purchasing and finance processes, including PR, PO, GR, and IR workflows.
- Experience with SAP, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Project management skills, safety leadership, autonomy, reliability, and strong organization and prioritization.
- Fluent English in written and spoken communication is required for technical exchanges and daily communication.
- Commitment to compliance, integrity, EHS best practices, safety audits, and internal inspections.
