Manager, Molecule Pipeline Enablement

Location: Onsite in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States; requires 25% travel to EMEA, USCAN, and APAC.

Annual salary: $115,000–$145,000, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Manage governance, prioritization, and deployment of molecule assets and the molecule pipeline.
• Drive molecule intelligence initiatives and standardize asset management tools and processes.
• Lead global programs improving molecule visibility, data quality, specification position coverage, and commercial intelligence.
• Develop processes, reporting tools, and actionable insights on molecule progression, specification status, and competitive positioning.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with recommendations for leadership and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, life sciences, or related field; a master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
• Strong understanding of biologics, bioprocessing, drug development workflows, and technology selection factors.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability to synthesize complex scientific and commercial information.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills across a global organization.
• Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with molecule pipeline tracking, asset management, process development, commercial enablement, or related functions.
• Background in technical sales, field application support, or scientific support for upstream or downstream development workflows.
• Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, and commercial effectiveness initiatives.
• Knowledge of external molecule databases, industry intelligence platforms, and market analytics tools.
• Experience navigating complex global matrix organizations.
