TL;DR

Architect, Privileged Access Management (Cybersecurity) (PAM): Designing enterprise privileged access architecture for human and non-human identities with an accent on credential vaulting, session management, just-in-time access, and endpoint privilege controls. Focus on integrating PAM with identity, cloud, ITSM, SIEM, and DevOps platforms, prototyping reference implementations, and establishing governance for controls and exceptions.

Location: Remote role based in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

Design the enterprise privileged access management target architecture across regions.
Define solutions for privileged account discovery, credential vaulting, session isolation and recording, just-in-time access, break-glass access, endpoint privilege management, and machine or service accounts.
Integrate PAM architecture with identity providers, identity governance, SIEM, ITSM, CMDB, cloud platforms, and DevOps pipelines.
Engineer and prototype reference implementations and policy-as-code patterns before regional rollout.
Design governance models covering controls, exceptions, ownership, and architecture reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
9+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on identity and access management or privileged access management.
Experience designing PAM architecture, including discovery, vaulting, session management, just-in-time access, endpoint privilege management, and machine or service-account controls.
Hands-on experience with enterprise PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
Experience integrating PAM with identity, cloud, ITSM, and SIEM systems.
Ability to work independently with IAM, infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps teams on privileged-access controls and exceptions.

Nice to have

Experience with non-human identity, secrets management, and policy-as-code.
CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or a relevant PAM platform certification.
