Project Manager (Cloud Solutions)

Location: Hybrid across Australia, including Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth; Australian Permanent Residency required

What you will do

• Deliver fixed-price client-facing projects and internal business or product initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Establish project governance, reporting, decision-making, escalation, documentation, and approval processes.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, utilisation, commercial targets, scope changes, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, partners, and client stakeholders while maintaining clear accountability.
• Coordinate testing, readiness, cutover, go-live, handover, formal acceptance, and project closure activities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager with a strong track record delivering fixed-price projects.
• Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate contractual commitments and statements of work into practical delivery plans and accountable tasks.
• Ability to provide accurate status reporting and facilitate project meetings, governance forums, workshops, steering committees, and delivery reviews.
• Comfort working hands-on across technical, functional, commercial, and operational teams and being accountable for project outcomes.
• Australian Permanent Residency and availability to work in Australia are required.
