Robot Service Technician – Full Time/Contract (PM, 4-day a week)

What you will do

• Assemble wiring harnesses, cables, connectors, and mechanical and electrical robot components.
• Install, configure, and replace LiDAR, camera, and ultrasonic sensors.
• Perform routine maintenance, preventive service, troubleshooting, repairs, and service campaigns for the robot fleet.
• Support deployment, testing, and validation of autonomous delivery robots in real-world environments.
• Provide onsite technical support between local sites and manage equipment, inventory, and parts.
• Document maintenance activities and contribute to rapid prototyping and hardware validation.

Requirements

• Experience using mechanical and electrical tools, measuring equipment, and diagnostic tools.
• Experience assembling and disassembling electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read 2D mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of AC/DC electrical systems and safe working practices.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
• U.S. work authorization is required; relocation sponsorship is not offered.

Nice to have

• Automotive service, vehicle retrofitting, manufacturing, electric vehicle, robotics, or autonomous systems experience.
• Soldering and wire crimping experience.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
