Applied Catalysts Technology Engineer (Catalysts)

Location: Shanghai, China; hybrid work model with frequent customer-site visits and onsite technical service.

Total target cash compensation: ¥322,875–¥430,500 annually, including base salary and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide onsite technical service for catalyst loading, start-up, troubleshooting, and customer applications.
• Analyze catalyst operating data and prepare performance reports, recommendations, and technical proposals supporting sales opportunities.
• Communicate with customers online and onsite, collect catalyst performance parameters, and build technical relationships.
• Supervise and operate catalyst loading machines and technical-service tools.
• Deliver technical training for customers, sales colleagues, and team members.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technology Advisors, Product Management, and R&D while maintaining design guidelines and operating manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 7 years of experience in the catalyst-related industry, such as chemical plants, engineering companies, or catalyst research institutes.
• Proficient data-analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good English skills, with CET-4 specified.
