Technical Service Representative (PU Composite)

Location: hirify.global Campus, Shanghai, China; on-site technical support required

What you will do

• Provide on-site technical support for the composite business.
• Identify customer activities and needs, and maintain and optimize the composite innovation portfolio.
• Develop products and technical solutions according to marketing and customer requirements.
• Deliver product introductions, technical support, and training to key customers and distributors.
• Investigate trials, collect customer feedback, and provide timely troubleshooting.
• Work with Sales, R&D, Customer Service, and QA to resolve customer complaints and collect market intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in composite-related work.
• Knowledge of PU composite technology, processes, and products.
• Product development, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to comply with company policy and local EHS regulations.
