hirify.global Corporation is a multinational chemicals company with an Asia Product Development Team supporting polyurethane products and applications in the Asia Pacific region.

What you will do

  • Develop rigid polyurethane applications and products, especially for construction insulation.
  • Support country commercial and technical service teams with application and product development projects.
  • Collaborate with strategic marketing and global research teams to contribute to business growth and sales generation.
  • Resolve long-haul customer production problems and support existing business.
  • Operate and maintain equipment used for rigid applications, adhesives, and coatings.
  • Maintain compliance with EHS requirements and corporate business conduct policies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in polymer science or another chemical-related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of rigid technologies and the polyurethane industry.
  • Strong experience with polyurethane rigid formulation, processing, and production.
  • At least 5 years of technical development or technical service experience in rigid applications or polyurethane industries, with a proven track record.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing, and equipment operation skills.
  • Fluent English command required.
