What you will do

• Guide the introduction of MBSE as a development method for complex airframe projects.
• Co-create the MBSE framework covering methods, languages, tools, and platform architecture for distributed development.
• Manage and expand the technical MBSE environment across product development activities.
• Integrate MBSE into business processes across the value chain and advance modeling methods and tools.
• Support project teams with system analysis, requirements definition, and system architecture modeling.
• Coordinate development partners and suppliers while mentoring colleagues through MBSE training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with MBSE-related systems and digital twins, such as CAPELLA, DOORS, CAMEO System Modeller, SysML, UML, RCT, and Web APIs.
• Understanding of requirements management, system modeling, system integration, verification and validation, configuration management, and software development.
• Programming experience with technologies such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of engineering and business process definition and relevant standards, including ISO/IEC 15288, ISO 12207, and ARP 4754A.
• Negotiation-level English proficiency, strong communication and teamwork skills, abstract-thinking ability, and openness to occasional travel.
