Corporate Impact Intern - MN

Location: Minneapolis, MN; in-person commuting required under the hybrid work policy

Salary: $18.20–$19.50 per hour

What you will do

• Collect, manage, and analyze foundation data aligned with strategic goals and internal program requirements.
• Consolidate data sources and support the development of dashboards for tracking program KPIs.
• Enter and report data in the CyberGrants online portal.
• Support workplace giving campaigns, employee giving programs, matching gifts, volunteer paid time off, sponsorships, and in-kind donations.
• Prepare process documents and job aids for employee giving programs.
• Assist accounting and finance teams with audit and financial processes, and monitor shared inboxes and hotlines.

Requirements

• Current college or university student at sophomore level or higher.
• Enrolled in an accredited institution and pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Corporate Social Responsibility, or a similar field.
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer and up to 20 hours per week during the school year.
• Able to commute to the designated Minneapolis work location and work in person under the hybrid policy.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with data processing, KPI measurement, trend identification, recommendations, Excel, Microsoft Office, or data management projects.

Nice to have

• Prior volunteer or professional office experience.
• Experience managing data projects and coordinating inputs with multiple stakeholders.
