FEE Planner Production Supervisor (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: Forest Grove, Oregon, United States; onsite production-floor role

What you will do

• Supervise operators, leads, and managers to maintain efficient and uninterrupted production.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering products from design through customer release.
• Define and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, job travelers, and deliverables.
• Monitor projects through delivery, assign resources and responsibilities, and provide technical direction.
• Respond to production problems using short-term containment and long-term root-cause countermeasures.
• Complete continuous-improvement initiatives focused on yield, lead time, safety, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of printed circuit board processes, including etching, plating, imaging, photolithography, automated optical inspection, drilling, routing, and lamination.
• Knowledge of Lean techniques such as 5S, one-piece flow, pull signals, Kaizen, and Kanban.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems, evaluate solutions, assign project subtasks, and communicate clear goals and expectations.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business management.
• Experience with MRP, CAD, SPC, Oracle, and PLC systems.
