Financial Analyst (Gaming)

Location: hirify.global LLC; must verify the right to work in the United States. The role includes in-person communication and physical duties in an indoor, smoky, and noisy environment.

What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, variance analysis, strategic business cases, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, reporting key variances, trends, performance metrics, and business drivers.
• Partner with operations, marketing, HR, accounting, and finance teams to understand cost drivers and align financial data.
• Support dashboards, presentations, capital investment analysis, and ROI evaluations for senior leadership.
• Improve FP&A processes, systems, controls, automation, and reporting scalability while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• At least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration and other required work cards.

Nice to have

• Experience in the hospitality or gaming industry.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Tableau, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
