Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Support the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and group-wide financial strategy.
• Create financial models and prepare financial performance, budget variance, management, and ad hoc reports.
• Collaborate with departments to collect data, analyze performance, and assess operational effectiveness.
• Manage and automate financial processes in 1C and other tools.
• Calculate transfer pricing and assess business-unit efficiency.
• Build data cubes, optimize reporting structures, and use BI tools or Tableau for visualization.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role, ideally in financial services.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple reporting deadlines.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with 1C and/or BI tools such as Tableau or similar.
