Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Support the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Create financial models and prepare financial performance, budget variance, management, and ad hoc reports.
• Present financial materials and use data visualization to communicate findings clearly.
• Collect and analyze data across departments to assess operational effectiveness and business-unit performance.
• Manage and automate financial processes in 1C and other tools, including transfer-pricing calculations.
• Build data cubes and optimize reporting structures using BI tools and Tableau or similar platforms.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role, preferably in financial services.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple reporting deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with 1C and BI tools such as Tableau.
