Licensed Nursing Assistant I- FULLER- Full Time Nights

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. Onsite night shift, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, emotional support, and selected care tasks.
• Perform clinical skills within the Licensed Nursing Assistant scope of practice.
• Observe and report symptoms, changes in condition, and deviations from normal to the RN.
• Document care in selected areas of the medical record.
• Follow infection prevention, universal precaution, safety, confidentiality, privacy, and dignity standards.

Requirements

• Current Nursing Assistant license in the State of New Hampshire required.
• BLS authorization preferred or required within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide age-specific care and support patients and families with psychosocial, cultural, and religious needs.
