• Act as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership regarding transportation system performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to convert community needs into revenue opportunities for the company.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships by identifying partner pain points and providing strategic solutions.
• Analyze service performance data to provide actionable recommendations for quality and efficiency improvements.
• Negotiate multi-year contract renewals and service expansions to drive year-on-year revenue growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles such as consulting or consultative customer success.
• Strong ability to navigate complex, politically sensitive situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Data-savvy with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into simple, actionable recommendations.
• Self-starter mentality with a high degree of responsibility and a growth-oriented mindset.
