Launch Management Lead (Supply Chain): Leading complex NPI and LCM projects to establish sustainable manufacturing and supply chain operations with an accent on supplier qualification, product design inputs, capacity planning, and continuity of supply. Focus on make-versus-buy analysis, site selection, scale-up planning, commercial supply agreements, and cross-functional decision-making.

Location: Ideally based in West Chester, Pennsylvania; Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and other Johnson & Johnson locations may be considered.

Salary: $94,000–$151,800 annual base pay.

What you will do

  • Lead supply chain activities for complex new product introduction and life-cycle management projects.
  • Provide manufacturing and operations input to product design, material selection, and process selection.
  • Identify, influence, select, and qualify suppliers while assessing supplier robustness and process excellence opportunities.
  • Develop commercial supply agreements and capacity plans for scale-up, capital, validation, resources, and headcount.
  • Lead make-versus-buy analysis, site selection, prioritization, and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate Make, Buy, and Plan supply chain functions with cross-functional project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management, or 4 years with an MS or MBA.
  • Experience leading global cross-functional teams and working with new product development teams.
  • Experience building business strategies and driving strategy implementation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, management influence, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with relevant IT tools.

Nice to have

  • Medical device, pharmaceutical, or biologics experience.
  • Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Project Management, PMP, or FPX certification.
