Senior .NET Software Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, modify, and integrate complex enterprise information systems.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications, application architectures, and robust .NET solutions.
• Code, test, debug, document, and optimize applications, programs, scripts, and web services.
• Lead technical work on small-to-medium initiatives and critical phases of larger projects.
• Investigate system failures and performance anomalies through root-cause analysis.
• Mentor and train less-experienced analysts and programmers.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in systems analysis and software programming within the .NET ecosystem.
• Hands-on expertise with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, MVC, SQL Server, T-SQL, jQuery, and WebAPI.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and M365 Copilot.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience leading medium-to-complex technology initiatives and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in health insurance or regulated financial and healthcare industries.
• Mainframe COBOL experience.
