Onboarding Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Execute comprehensive KYB and due diligence reviews for merchants across Europe and LATAM in line with global AML/CTF regulations.
• Make risk-based decisions on complex onboarding cases and manage compliance escalations.
• Prepare and present AML, regulatory compliance, and risk reports for internal committees and senior stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize onboarding workflows, reduce friction, and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage case queues and documentation using internal tools, JIRA, and G-Suite.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with AML/CTF regulations, KYB processes, and due diligence in fintech, payments, or banking.
• Advanced-intermediate to fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience making complex decisions and managing operational or compliance escalations.
• Strong analytical skills, including report generation and extraction of actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, G-Suite, or MS Office.

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple regulatory jurisdictions in Europe and LATAM.
• Familiarity with AI tools for operational efficiency or workflow automation.
