Loan Servicing Specialist (Agri-Access)

Location: Hybrid, up to 50% work from home, based out of the Mankato, Minnesota; Rochester, Minnesota; or Johnston, Iowa office. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Base pay: $47,100–$66,600 USD annually, plus variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Support the Agri-Access lending program through professional service for internal and external clients.
• Analyze and process loan and lease servicing requests, including payment changes, maturity extensions, collateral releases, consents, and liability releases.
• Review loan and lease documentation, identify discrepancies, prepare credit approval packages, and close requests when conditions are met.
• Maintain loan and lease data, reporting, delinquency and maturity monitoring, rate resets, and UCC continuations in servicing systems.
• Perform lender reconciliations, receipts, issued checks, and payoff-related accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with originators, investors, borrowers, relationship managers, financial operations, and Agri-Access colleagues throughout the loan and lease lifecycle.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Intermediate-level experience in a banking or lending environment.
• Knowledge of complex loan structures, lending systems, and documentation.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate across organizational levels.
• Strong organization, prioritization, accuracy, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM programs; basic agricultural knowledge and terminology are preferred.
