Accounting Specialist (Finance)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $19.6–$23.5 per hour, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support general administrative and finance operations.
• Maintain supplier and client ACH information in accounting software and validate financial data.
• Manage accounting team inboxes, respond to payment inquiries, and coordinate follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support tax removal by adjusting invoices and preparing refund information.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations during the monthly close process.
• Back up teammates and complete additional finance operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred, or 1–3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with standard computer software, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, accuracy, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to provide timely customer service and perform effectively under pressure while working from home.
• Must be located in the United States.
