Learning Experience Designer - Compliance Programs (Hybrid)

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota campus; hybrid work with three days per week in the office for associates within a 90-minute commute.

Estimated base pay: $59,400–$109,200 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to translate regulatory and learner needs into effective learning solutions.
• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain learner-centered compliance programs for new-in-role and annual required training.
• Manage implementation communications, assignments, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
• Shape the enterprise compliance learning strategy using learner insights, learning expertise, and emerging practices.
• Measure program effectiveness through learner feedback, completion data, and stakeholder insights, then drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences and collaborate across Learning & Development and learning technology functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, learning program management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting compliance, regulatory, legal, risk, or other required learning programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning experience design.
• Experience developing digital learning content with Articulate 360 or similar tools.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder learning programs or projects, evaluating effectiveness with data and feedback, and maintaining high accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a highly regulated environment or supporting enterprise-wide compliance, legal, risk, or governance initiatives.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or emerging technologies in learning design, development, or delivery.
