Electrician — Mobile (Auto-Electrician)

Location: Didipio Operations, Didipio, Philippines; onsite at the mine

What you will do

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance and troubleshoot surface production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems across a wide range of vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Install electrical accessories on light and heavy equipment and estimate required repair materials.
• Test equipment, use computer tools to map electrical pathways, and locate electronic faults.
• Document maintenance activities through work orders and PRONTO.
• Maintain tools and housekeeping standards while suggesting improvements to equipment performance and safety.

Requirements

• Automotive Electrician graduate or TESDA NC-II certified.
• Vocational trade school graduate with a certificate in Industrial Electricity and Automotive, or equivalent work experience.
• At least seven years of experience as a Mobile Electrician in mining, cement, power, or another heavy industry.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools, electrical diagnosis, motor rewinding, and auto rewinding.
• Valid professional driver's license.
• Computer literacy; PRONTO and INX experience is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience servicing Toyota Hilux or Fortuner, HOWO dump trucks, Terex cranes, Volvo loaders, Caterpillar equipment, and Atlas Copco generator sets.
• Experience using PRONTO and INX.
