AVP, Spend Management Services (Supply Chain)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States — hirify.global Corporate HQ. Travel required 15–20% as needed.

Estimated hiring range: $156,500–$290,100 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Set the strategic vision and operating model for category management across multiple product and service portfolios.
• Lead and develop a multi-level organization of people leaders, senior professionals, and category management talent.
• Scale and transform the National Sourcing Center through governance models, operating frameworks, and change initiatives.
• Oversee strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier relationships, portfolio performance, savings realization, and risk mitigation.
• Advise senior leaders and build executive relationships with provider executives, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Champion responsible AI adoption, governance, innovation, and improved decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, consulting, healthcare operations, contracting, or related business leadership.
• 7+ years of progressive people leadership experience, including management of managers and multi-level organizational structures.
• Experience leading organizations of 30+ employees, building or transforming high-performing organizations, and delivering enterprise change initiatives.
• Extensive experience with strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier negotiations, financial planning, budgets, resource allocation, and organizational performance.
• Advanced AI fluency, executive communication, relationship management, coaching, and change leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, group purchasing, consulting, or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Master’s degree such as an MBA or MHA.
