Senior Sourcing Analyst

What you will do

• Own procurement reporting covering savings tracking, cost avoidance, budget impact, and KPI performance.
• Support annual operating plan and budget cycles by developing savings forecasts, cost baselines, and sourcing pipeline assumptions.
• Partner with Finance to validate, reconcile, and document savings in line with corporate financial methodologies.
• Maintain procurement project, supplier, category, pipeline, and savings data across tracking systems.
• Analyze spend, build business cases and scenario models, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and presentations for monthly reviews, quarterly reviews, and AOP discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or annual operating plan processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling, plus experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, attention to detail, and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience with procurement or financial systems such as Ariba, Coupa, or SAP is preferred.
