Technical Implementation Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Implement and configure hirify.global digital banking products and third-party software applications.
• Manage client-specific configurations and support client testing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and assist Client Services with complex or escalated cases.
• Identify and raise bugs or enhancement requests during implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to clarify technical requirements.
• Train end-users and support smooth transitions to hirify.global banking products.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of software development or scripting experience with C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• At least 2 years of relational database experience with PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Strong ownership and urgency when driving technical challenges to completion.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available.
