What you will do

• Shape and launch new service propositions while supporting strategic business growth.
• Lead business development initiatives, including client engagement, pre-sales, and proposal development.
• Advise FTSE 100 clients on complex technology and business challenges.
• Lead architecture and development teams delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Shape architectural strategies across application, business, and integration domains.
• Coach team members and support knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading architecture and development teams on complex client solutions.
• Strong understanding of the defence sector and experience in banking, insurance, payments, or wealth management.
• Ability to communicate architectural strategies across multiple domains.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translating technical insight into business value.
• Experience contributing to business development, pre-sales, proposals, and client engagement.
• Familiarity with UML, ArchiMate, architecture frameworks, modelling tools, and emerging technologies.
