Client Services Specialist (Chinese)

Location: Sofia City, Bulgaria; hybrid work, with weekend and night shifts performed remotely

What you will do

• Support clients through live chat, email, and phone communications.
• Answer service-related questions and resolve client issues promptly.
• Assist clients with KYC procedures and provide tours of the trading platform.
• Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and develop an understanding of financial markets.
• Collect client feedback, identify experience improvements, and coordinate issue resolution with other departments.

Requirements

• English and Chinese at C1+ level.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Availability for a flexible shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
