Finance Manager (Fintech)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $109,800–$175,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close support, and long-range planning for the Value Added Services organization across Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Analyze revenue, investments, headcount, and operating expenses, identifying business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders on investment decisions, commercial initiatives, business cases, and resource prioritization.
• Monitor performance through variance analysis, scenario modeling, productivity tracking, and ROI assessment.
• Prepare executive reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations that turn financial results into clear business narratives.
• Improve controllership, governance, reporting consistency, and finance processes through standardization and automation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, modeling, business decision support, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics.
• Experience with FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive presentations, plus experience managing large datasets.
• Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese; ability to work from the Miami office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial systems such as Hyperion or TM1.
• Experience improving processes and systems in a complex global matrix environment.
