CI/CD Developer (Jenkins)

Location: United States. Hybrid working environment with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: $170,000–$253,000 per year, with the final offer based on location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate scalable CI/CD platforms for multiple engineering teams and products.
• Build reusable pipeline templates, shared libraries, and automation frameworks.
• Automate build, testing, deployment, release, and infrastructure provisioning workflows.
• Improve developer productivity through self-service automation and reduced manual processes.
• Integrate security, compliance, and governance controls into delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with software engineering, QA, SRE, platform, and security teams while mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, CI/CD engineering, or related technical roles.
• Experience designing, building, and operating enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms.
• Strong software development background in cloud-native and distributed systems environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives, establishing engineering standards, and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with Git workflows, branching and merge strategies, pull requests, repository governance, and code reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Python, Golang, Bash, Groovy, PowerShell, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
