Product Manager – Connectors & Applications (iPaaS): Defining and delivering the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for pre-built connectors, application integrations, and protocols across an integration platform with an accent on customer discovery, ecosystem alignment, and reliable connector capabilities. Focus on prioritizing integrations, managing API and authentication changes, and coordinating cross-functional delivery, adoption, and lifecycle planning.

What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the Connectors portfolio and adjacent Harmony application areas.
- Identify and prioritize connectors, application integrations, protocols, authentication methods, and enhancements.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, and UX Design to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, maintainable, and intuitive capabilities.
- Manage API changes, authentication changes, version upgrades, deprecations, and end-of-life planning.
- Support launches, adoption, customer communications, and roadmap alignment with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Support, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- Product management experience covering customer discovery, market analysis, product definition, roadmap planning, execution, release readiness, adoption, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to work with SaaS applications such as Salesforce and NetSuite, databases, data sources, and integration protocols including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JDBC, HTTP, and FTP.
- Experience prioritizing customer and market needs alongside usage data, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX, Documentation, Support, Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and external development partners.
- Experience with sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, cross-functional prioritization, and agile development.
- Ability to communicate product strategy, requirements, and release plans to stakeholders, customers, partners, and executives.
