Sr. CRE Analyst (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $76,500–$90,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary bonus targets of 12.5% cash and 12.5% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Support the prescreening, structuring, negotiation, and underwriting of commercial lending and structured transactions.
• Manage the underwriting pipeline, including financial condition analysis and due diligence on potential clients.
• Perform complex financial, collateral, modeling, and projections analyses.
• Present detailed analyses and metrics to support underwriting recommendations.
• Manage credit approval submissions and coordinate additional analyses or conditions with underwriters and credit administrators.
• Support deal negotiations and prepare credit memoranda, term sheets, reports, information requests, and related documentation through funding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience monitoring, underwriting, or structuring commercial lending transactions.
• Experience with financial analysis, credit assessment, due diligence, and transaction documentation.
• Ability to work at the San Diego headquarters.
• Successful completion of credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening is required.
