VP, Health & Wellness Finance – FP&A

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, with a hybrid work model. Regular commuting to the nearest virtual or physical Hub is required for in-person meetings, training, and culture events. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 annual, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting for the Health & Wellness platform.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend actions to improve growth and profitability.
• Partner with senior and cross-functional leadership to develop and execute business strategy.
• Lead annual operating plans, short-range forecasts, strategic planning, and ongoing analysis.
• Manage direct reports and indirect center-of-excellence resources supporting forecasting, portfolio analysis, and reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives, earnings reporting, profitability optimization, reviews, and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus at least 7 years of FP&A experience; alternatively, 10 years of FP&A experience without a degree.
• At least 3 years of finance experience in a consumer finance organization.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, and large datasets.
• Experience leading teams, projects, executive-level discussions, and critical business decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and process management skills.
• Must already have U.S. work authorization; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Credit card portfolio acquisition or investment evaluation experience.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion systems and databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
