What you will do

• Work directly with Art Directors to build project plans and proposals.
• Manage game production projects, milestones, schedules, and budgets.
• Track resource availability for staffing and assignments.
• Lead teams through clear instruction and example.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project issues using critical thinking.

Requirements

• Strong organization and communication abilities.
• Deep knowledge of project management and game production pipelines.
• Experience managing milestones, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ability to use Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive for office administration.
• Applicants must be located in the United States for the listed full-time employment benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience with software packages and game engines such as 3DS Max, Maya, ZBrush, Unreal, or Unity.
• Ability to create budget and time estimates for asset production.
• Experience working with large teams and milestones.
• A mixed 2D, 3D, rigging, animation, or technical portfolio.
