Head, Practice Area Programming - AI/GenAI and Enterprise Capabilities

Location: Hybrid role based in New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States

Base pay range: $178,000–$307,050 per year

What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise capability roadmap for AI, GenAI, and other critical future skills.
• Set strategies and measurable outcomes for AI literacy, AI fluency, and responsible AI use in everyday workflows.
• Design scalable, end-to-end learning journeys and embed capabilities into daily work.
• Own measurement strategies, metrics, and experiments to validate behavior change and business impact.
• Oversee responsible AI learning governance with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Security partners.
• Lead three direct reports, manage budgets and vendors, and advise senior leaders across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years as a people leader.
• Experience launching AI, GenAI, digital, or other enterprise-wide initiatives at scale with measurable business impact.
• Strong fluency in AI and GenAI concepts, use cases, data and privacy considerations, and executive-level communication.
• Experience aligning senior stakeholders, managing ambiguity, owning budgets, managing vendors, and running measured portfolios.
• Exceptional communication, change leadership, data interpretation, and global adoption skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree such as an MBA or MS.
• Experience launching enterprise-scale programs across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, AI governance, policy enablement, model risk, privacy, and security collaboration.
