FAL A350 Process Performance Engineer (f/m) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Create and maintain Gantt charts and Standard Line Balancing models for the A350 final assembly line.
• Optimize industrial sequencing and resource levels to secure delivery within takt.
• Analyze shop-floor performance, including white and red spaces and Value Added/Non-Value Added observations.
• Translate industrial requirements between Design, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing stakeholders.
• Maintain the Standard Time Value database and define digital tools for STV and SLB activities.
• Coach and assess end users on STV and SLB usage and compliance.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Performance.
• Strong knowledge of Standard Line Balancing drivers, constraints, and time references.
• Experience maintaining the Standard Time Value database and checking compliance with established rules.
• Experience creating Gantt charts, managing STV/SLB digital tools, and conducting VA/NVA analyses.
• Ability to translate requirements between Design, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing and coach end users.
