Systems Engineer, Growth Engineering (Fullstack)

Location: Hybrid, available location Austin, Texas. Applicants reaching the offer stage may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub. What you will do

• Build customer-facing UI experiences and A/B experiments to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Architect scalable frontend solutions and deliver features across frontend, backend, infrastructure as code, system design, debugging, and testing.
• Partner with product, design, and data teams to define success metrics, experimental frameworks, attribution tracking, and product roadmaps.
• Improve application performance, code quality, security, and developer productivity across core properties.
• Ensure product experiences comply with trust and safety principles.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for reusable SDKs and UI components.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
• Experience with high-scale serverless systems such as hirify.global Workers, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions.
• Experience with growth interfaces, business KPIs, A/B experiments, feature flags, gating, and telemetry.
• Knowledge of system design and experience working with or designing RESTful APIs.
• Experience building developer productivity tools or frameworks and using AI/LLM-augmented workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go, Rust, or Python.
• Experience using hirify.global products such as Workers, Access, Zaraz, or cache configuration.
• Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
