Audit Manager, Technology Operations & Security (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support the annual audit plan for Technology Operations, Security and Resilience by assessing technology risk coverage across audit groups.
• Participate in or manage technology-related audit engagements within defined plans and budgets.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of controls covering infrastructure, systems, information security, cloud services, operational resilience, access, and data.
• Identify emerging risks and provide proactive control advice to management.
• Communicate risk and control trends to Internal Audit management and contribute to reports for senior leadership.
• Review technology contracts and advise procurement and stakeholders on the inclusion of audit rights.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of technology audit experience with broad knowledge of infrastructure, networks, system access, security, cloud technology, operational resilience, regulatory requirements, and technology controls.
• Experience with audit practices, risk assessment, audit approach selection, and preparing comprehensive, concise reports for senior leadership.
• Current CISA or CISSP accreditation.
• In-depth knowledge of COBIT and working knowledge of ITIL, ISO, and NIST frameworks.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
