Contract, Licensing & Registration Senior Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid

Salary: $21.77–$32.66 per hour

What you will do

• Evaluate prospective financial representatives and staff for contracting, licensing, registration, and advisory credentialing.
• Conduct regulatory and background investigations, assess risk, and ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, state insurance, and state securities regulations.
• Provide timely customer support and guidance to field offices, compliance partners, and home office teams.
• Analyze complex and sensitive cases, identify special handling needs, escalate issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Support projects, process improvements, onboarding initiatives, and casework across contracting, licensing, registration, advisory, terminations, and support functions.
• Document casework accurately, follow standard procedures, and contribute to team learning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business or a related field, or at least 5 years of insurance or securities experience.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Thorough understanding of hirify.global's financial network operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to independently manage high-volume work and resolve complex, sensitive customer issues accurately and on time.
• Experience with case management systems, documentation procedures, and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office software.

• Bachelor's degree.
