Panel Operations Contractor

Location: Remote — United States or Canada, targeting EST/CST time zones

Salary: $35–$41 per hour

What you will do

• Place and manage participant recruitment orders across panel vendors.
• Review customer requirements and set up studies accurately.
• Monitor order progress and fulfillment, flagging delays or issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot low incidence, screener drop-off, and other fulfillment issues, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
• Support quality checks on participant responses.

Requirements

• Coordination experience with multiple tasks, workflows, or moving pieces.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-driven working style.
• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Availability for 15 hours per week.
• Residence in the United States or Canada and alignment with EST/CST time zones.
• Ability to work as a contractor; this position is not eligible for employee benefits.

Nice to have

• Background in research or research operations.
• Experience writing or reviewing screener questions.
• Familiarity with B2B audience targeting and quota-based study setups.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
