Staff Strategic Planner (Semiconductor Industry)

What you will do

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics for the Power Product Group.
• Support long-range planning, commercial strategy, M&A, and technology evaluation.
• Plan, execute, and monitor strategic projects and multiple workstreams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and decision support to senior leaders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communicate strategic priorities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 8 years of related experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong critical thinking, business judgment, analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Experience with Excel and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity, changing priorities, and rapid iteration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and financial modeling.
• Experience at management consulting firms.
