What you will do

  • Manage forecasts and demand planning activities across multiple hierarchy levels.
  • Support demand planning responsibilities within the S&OP process.
  • Maintain base and total forecasts, seasonal profiles, and exceptions in Manhattan DFIO.
  • Track demand KPIs including forecast accuracy, bias, outbound fill rate, promotional execution, inventory turnover, and spoils.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, distribution center operations, account teams, and external partners to align forecasts with execution.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide data-driven insights and actionable feedback on event-based sales projections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of forecasting or planning experience in a high-SKU, slow-movement environment.
  • Experience with advanced planning systems such as BlueYonder, SAP/APO, Logility, Oracle Demantra, or Manhattan DFIO.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts used to tune forecasts and strong analytical skills with large datasets.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, prioritization, collaboration, adaptability, and change-management skills.

  • Experience in the food industry or with code-sensitive products.
